OUR METHODOLOGY
While we are very open to discussing just how we might work with you we do have a preferred approach.
Business Review and Analysis

We suggest as a first step you undertake, with our help, a full review of your business. Our experience has shown that the more we know about your business before we start the more effectively we can help you.

We do this using sophisticated RAN ONE Software.

The review provides us with a comprehensive analysis of where your business is at. It tells us where you’ve got it right and where the opportunities are for improvement.

We find that undertaking a review is an extremely valuable process. Experience has shown that what we uncover through this process will cover the cost of the review multiple times over.
The Next Step

The Business Review process provides us and you with a detailed list of what needs to be done.

Using this list we work with you to prioritise the list and develop an Action Plan.

We then discuss and agree with you on how to put the plan into action. In most cases this will be an ongoing coaching arrangement, however, it may also be project work.

We routinely review progress against the plan.
