About Us
WHO ARE WE
AND HOW CAN WE HELP YOUR BUSINESS?
We are business coaches and advisors in Devonport Tasmania. We teach small to medium sized business owners and managers how to manage their business so that they control their business instead of their business controlling them.
How we can help
We check the ‘health’ of your business and work with you to implement solutions to solve any issues that arise. We help you:
- Maximise your profit
- Reduce your inputs (including your time)
- Add value to your business
our approach
Our preferred approach is to work with you over the long term. We teach you how to solve problems so they stay solved. That way when similar problems arise you are equipped with the knowledge to solve them without us even being there.
Use us as a sounding board or a confidant. We can provide as much or as little support as you wish.
It’s your business and we involve you in everything we do. That way you have ownership, and there’s a far greater chance you’ll take the action necessary to achieve the results you want. You may have heard the story where a consultant is asked to put together a Business Plan. The Business Plan is written, placed on the client’s shelf and never used or referred to again. This is not our approach.
